Spazio Punch presents a solo show by Jacopo Benassi and a duo show by Carlos Casas and Saodat Ismailova. Intended as islands, autonomous and powerful in their autonomy, the exhibitions occupy, respectively, two temporary wooden towers built on the occasion of a previous installation.
Jacopo Benassi crosses the history of Btomic, a club opened with some friends in La Spezia from 2011 to 2015 and a crossroads of musicians, performers and artists of the international independent scene. The exhibition collects a selection of photographs, videos and ephemera made by the artist, materials partly unpublished and partly published in the limited edition magazine the eyes can see what the mouth cannot say. At the center, portraits of authors such as Jochen Arbeit, Lori Goldston, Julia Kent, Lydia Lunch and Fabrizio Modonese Palumbo: a deadly mix of humanity.
Carlos Casas and Saodat Ismailova introduce a selection of films, including titles such as Vucca and Gulchekhra, Chilpik and Faro, flanked by some preparatory materials capable of illuminating the peculiarities and coincidences of the two authors' paths. The filmmakers collaborated for the first time in 2004, working four hands on the documentary Aral. Fishing in an Invisible Sea; then they proceed along autonomous but always touching each other, with similar research, themes and sensibilities and for the first time their works coexist in an exhibition.

IT Spazio Punch presenta una personale di Jacopo Benassi e una doppia personale di Carlos Casas e Saodat Ismailova. Intese come isole, autonome e potenti nella loro autonomia, le mostre occupano, rispettivamente, due torri temporanee in legno realizzate in occasione di un precedente allestimento.
Jacopo Benassi attraversa la storia del Btomic, club aperto con alcuni amici a La Spezia dal 2011 al 2015 e crocevia di musicisti, performer e artisti della scena indipendente internazionale. La mostra raccoglie una selezione di fotografie, video ed ephemera realizzati dall’artista, materiali in parte inediti e in parte pubblicati sulla rivista in tiratura limitata the eyes can see what the mouth cannot say. Al centro, i ritratti di autori come Jochen Arbeit, Lori Goldston, Julia Kent, Lydia Lunch e Fabrizio Modonese Palumbo: un mix micidiale di umanità.
Carlos Casas e Saodat Ismailova introducono una selezione di film, che include titoli come Vucca e Gulchekhra, Chilpik e Faro, affiancata da alcuni materiali preparatori capaci di illuminare peculiarità e coincidenze dei due percorsi autoriali. I filmmaker collaborano per la prima volta nel 2004, lavorando a quattro mani al documentario Aral.
